1. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all common payment methods such as credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna and Sofortüberweisung.

2. How long does shipping take?
Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days within Germany. International deliveries may take longer.

3. How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €50. For orders under €50, we charge €4.99.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

5. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible.

6. What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
Please send us a photo of the damaged item and your order number to info@dailynest.de . We will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Do you offer returns?
Yes, you can return products within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

8. How do I contact customer service?

9. Is there a guarantee on the products?
